Today we have successfully passed an acceptance test conducted by drone experts from Scientific and Research Center for Fire Protection – National Research Institute. Together with Excento representatives they ensured our solutions meets requirements set by Scientific and Research Center. This means that we have successfully accomplished our project in National Research and Development Center’s program called “e-Pionier”.
The test consisted of, among others, landing on a moving platform, in set amount of time, without any operators input. For our acceptance test the moving platform was light reconnaissance vehicle (Ford Ranger) – identical with the type used by firefighters.
These tests concluded E-Pionier project, we were the first team to qualify, and now we have proven that we can deliver what we’ve promised.
The project is still in the MVP stage, but the feedback we’ve gathered through the projects duration ensured us we’re heading the right direction and our technology will prove itself useful in many applications.
We want to express gratitude to everyone who made this possible, but special thanks are owed to Frank Cars, who were happy to provide us with vehicle to develop and test our solution on.
